Profile Overview

In a nutshell Profile is the section where users manage their account and view main information about their activity on the Zanlo platform. Here you can: β€’ manage account settings; β€’ navigate to main platform sections; β€’ view activity statistics; β€’ open detailed profile with statistics, subscriptions, and achievements. How to Open Profile Open the app main page and tap on the user avatar at the top of the screen. After that, the main profile screen opens. Main Profile Menu The first profile screen contains the main account management menu. Here you can: β€’ open Leaderboard and see your position in user rankings; β€’ go to Help Center; β€’ open Promo codes section; β€’ change app language; β€’ view Terms & Conditions. This screen is used as quick access to main account sections and profile management. Quick Access to Balance The Balance block is also displayed on the main profile screen. Entering the Profile If you tap on the top part of the profile screen (area with avatar, username, and level), a detailed profile page opens. This page displays user statistics and information about their platform activity. Profile Statistics Inside the profile, user activity statistics on the platform are displayed. Statistics can be displayed for different time periods. Share Profile At the top of the profile page, there is a Share button. With it, you can send a link to the user profile through external apps or social networks. Edit Profile To change profile data, tap on the settings icon (gear) at the top of the profile page. In settings you can: β€’ change name; β€’ change username; β€’ add or change bio; β€’ change avatar; β€’ add profile design (skins); β€’ add icon next to username. Verification (KYC)

In a nutshell KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard identity verification procedure. It is used to protect user accounts and prevent fraud. Verification usually takes several minutes and is conducted through a licensed verification provider. Is Verification Required? Verification (KYC) is not required to register or start using the platform. However, it may be requested in certain situations, such as: β€’ for making withdrawals; β€’ when suspicious activity is detected; β€’ when additional account security verification is needed. Why Verification Is Needed The KYC procedure helps ensure that an account belongs to a real user and is used correctly. It is applied to: β€’ protect user accounts and their funds; β€’ prevent fraud and abuse; β€’ comply with international security standards. In certain situations, identity confirmation may be required to perform operations or for additional account security verification. Levels & Badges

In a nutshell Levels and Badges on Zanlo reflect user progress and experience on the platform. They show the stage of engagement and type of activity, but do not affect Event outcomes, prices, or trading mechanics. What Are Levels Level is the status of user progress in the Zanlo ecosystem. Levels: β€’ reflect the overall stage of platform use; β€’ are used for gradual unlocking of features; β€’ have Current, In progress, or Unlocked status. Level Structure and Logic Basic Basic is the base level assigned to a user immediately after registration. β€’ displayed as Current Level; β€’ is permanent β€” cannot be lost; β€’ serves as the starting point of progress. After registration, the next level (Silver) is displayed with In progress status. Silver Silver is the next level after Basic. To obtain Silver, it is required to: β€’ complete identity verification (KYC); β€’ make first Pick. After fulfilling conditions: β€’ Silver becomes Current Level; β€’ Basic receives Unlocked status; β€’ the next level (Gold) receives In progress status. Silver status, like Basic, is permanent and cannot be lost. Gold Gold is a level associated with regular user activity. β€’ after fulfilling conditions, Gold becomes Current Level; β€’ Basic and Silver receive Unlocked status; β€’ the next level (Prime) transitions to In progress status. Gold is a maintained level. If the user does not maintain the required activity level: β€’ Gold status may be lost; β€’ the user automatically returns to Silver level. Activity criteria are displayed in the interface and may be updated. Prime Prime is the next level after Gold. β€’ obtaining Prime requires fulfilling activity conditions and separate confirmation; β€’ the obtaining process can run parallel to maintaining Gold level. After obtaining Prime, Basic, Silver, Gold levels receive Unlocked status. Prime receives Current Level status. Prime is a maintained level. If the user does not maintain the required activity level: β€’ Prime status may be lost; β€’ the user may be returned to Gold or Silver level (depending on activity). Level Statuses in Interface In the Zanlo interface, levels are displayed with the following statuses: β€’ Current Level β€” current active user level; β€’ In progress β€” level whose conditions are being fulfilled; β€’ Unlocked β€” level that was achieved previously. What Are Badges Badges are visual indicators that reflect the type and depth of user activity within specific topics. Brier Score

In a nutshell Brier Score is a metric that shows how accurately your Picks match confirmed Event outcomes, considering the timing of their execution. The lower the Brier Score value, the higher the decision accuracy within already completed Events. Why Brier Score Is Needed Zanlo is an opinion markets ecosystem where thinking, analysis, and decision quality matter. Brier Score helps: β€’ assess how well your Picks matched actual Event outcomes; β€’ see how decision timing affects final accuracy; β€’ track your own dynamics and progress over time. This metric is widely used in professional prediction markets and data analysis and is available on Zanlo as a self-assessment and activity analysis tool. How Brier Score Works Brier Score value ranges from 0.0 to 1.0: β€’ 0.0 β€” maximum possible accuracy (all Picks completely matched confirmed outcomes); β€’ 1.0 β€” minimum accuracy (Picks did not match confirmed outcomes). Your personal Brier Score is calculated automatically based on already completed Events and considers: β€’ chosen outcome; β€’ Pick price at the moment it was made; β€’ confirmed Event outcome. Brier Score is calculated only after Event completion and does not affect trading flow or results. Notifications

In a nutshell Zanlo uses a multi-level notification system that allows tracking platform events and managing how they are received. Where to View Notifications: Inbox Center Home β†’ bell icon Inbox is the internal notification center on Zanlo. It displays all events related to user activity on the platform, regardless of the selected delivery channel. Inbox is used as a unified notification feed. Account Deletion

In a nutshell If desired, users can delete their account on Zanlo. After initiating deletion, users have 14 calendar days to cancel this action and restore full platform access. How to Initiate Account Deletion To begin the account deletion process: Home β†’ Menu β†’ Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Delete account After this, the deletion confirmation screen opens. What to Check Before Deletion Before initiating the account deletion process, make sure that: β€’ the Real Funds balance has no money; β€’ all necessary actions (withdrawal of funds, activity completion) are performed in advance. ❗ After initiating the deletion process: β€’ trading functionality becomes limited; β€’ deposits and withdrawals are blocked; β€’ part of platform functions are restricted. Waiting Period (Deletion Pending) After confirming deletion, the account transitions to Deletion pending status. This means: β€’ the account is not yet deleted; β€’ a 14-day waiting period begins; β€’ during this time, you can cancel account deletion. Deletion pending status is displayed: β€’ in profile; β€’ in Balance section; β€’ on screens related to Picks trading functionality and profile editing, as well as other platform screens. How to Cancel Account Deletion If you change your mind, account deletion can be cancelled at any time within 14 days. To do this: β€’ go to account settings; β€’ tap Cancel deletion of account; β€’ confirm the action. After cancelling deletion: β€’ the account remains active; β€’ full platform functionality is restored. What Happens If Deletion Is Not Cancelled If deletion was not cancelled within 14 calendar days: β€’ the account is deleted without recovery possibility; β€’ Event participation history is deleted; β€’ statistics, levels, badges, and task progress are deleted; β€’ repeated account recovery at user request is impossible. Funds and Account Deletion ❗ If at the moment of completing the 14-day period funds remain on the Real Funds balance, these funds will be irretrievably lost. Zanlo does not store user funds and does not store personal or payment data. Users, in turn, are responsible for controlling access to their account and compliance with platform usage rules. What Information Zanlo Does Not Store Zanlo does not store: β€’ user funds; β€’ bank card and payment method data; β€’ personal and sensitive data; β€’ identity verification (KYC) data; β€’ access to user wallets or payment accounts. How Your Data and Payments Are Processed β€’ All deposits and withdrawals are processed through licensed payment providers. β€’ The platform receives only technical transaction statuses, without access to payment details. β€’ Personal data and KYC information are processed exclusively by third-party licensed providers. β€’ Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, including GDPR and other current regulations. What Account Restricted Means Zanlo uses a unified account restriction status β€” Account restricted. With active restriction: β€’ part of platform functions may be unavailable; β€’ operations and actions may be limited; β€’ account data is preserved, but platform use is suspended. Specific restriction reasons are not displayed in the interface and are not publicly disclosed. What to Do First 1. Do Not Create a New Account Zanlo allows creating only one account per user. Creating a new account to bypass restrictions: β€’ is a violation of platform rules; β€’ may lead to final blocking; β€’ may result in additional restrictions. 2. Contact Customer Support If you believe the restriction was applied incorrectly, contact support through Help Center and follow instructions. Request review may take time. Leaderboards on Zanlo In a nutshell Leaderboards on Zanlo show user rankings across different contexts on the platform. They are used to display activity and results according to the specific rules of each leaderboard. The platform has several types of leaderboards, each with its own logic for calculating and displaying results. Types of leaderboards 1. Main platform leaderboard The main leaderboard shows user rankings across the entire platform. It shows: - the user’s position in the ranking; - the result in monetary terms; - the selected time period. The main leaderboard supports time-based filtering: - All time β€” all time; - 7 days β€” the last 7 days; - 30 days β€” the last 30 days.
