In a nutshell
Levels and Badges on Zanlo reflect user progress and experience on the platform.
They show the stage of engagement and type of activity, but do not affect Event outcomes, prices, or trading mechanics.
What Are Levels
Level is the status of user progress in the Zanlo ecosystem.
Levels:
• reflect the overall stage of platform use;
• are used for gradual unlocking of features;
• have Current, In progress, or Unlocked status.
Level Structure and Logic
Basic
Basic is the base level assigned to a user immediately after registration.
• displayed as Current Level;
• is permanent — cannot be lost;
• serves as the starting point of progress.
After registration, the next level (Silver) is displayed with In progress status.
Silver
Silver is the next level after Basic.
To obtain Silver, it is required to:
• complete identity verification (KYC);
• make first Pick.
After fulfilling conditions:
• Silver becomes Current Level;
• Basic receives Unlocked status;
• the next level (Gold) receives In progress status.
Silver status, like Basic, is permanent and cannot be lost.
Gold
Gold is a level associated with regular user activity.
• after fulfilling conditions, Gold becomes Current Level;
• Basic and Silver receive Unlocked status;
• the next level (Prime) transitions to In progress status.
Gold is a maintained level.
If the user does not maintain the required activity level:
• Gold status may be lost;
• the user automatically returns to Silver level.
Activity criteria are displayed in the interface and may be updated.
Prime
Prime is the next level after Gold.
• obtaining Prime requires fulfilling activity conditions and separate confirmation;
• the obtaining process can run parallel to maintaining Gold level.
After obtaining Prime, Basic, Silver, Gold levels receive Unlocked status. Prime receives Current Level status.
Prime is a maintained level.
If the user does not maintain the required activity level:
• Prime status may be lost;
• the user may be returned to Gold or Silver level (depending on activity).
Level Statuses in Interface
In the Zanlo interface, levels are displayed with the following statuses:
• Current Level — current active user level;
• In progress — level whose conditions are being fulfilled;
• Unlocked — level that was achieved previously.
What Are Badges
Badges are visual indicators that reflect the type and depth of user activity within specific topics.
Badges:
• show in which areas the user is most active;
• are informational in nature;
• do not provide trading or financial advantages;
• are not a recommendation or signal.
How Badges Work
Badges are assigned within individual topics and depend on user activity:
• activity in football Events → football badges;
• activity in other categories → corresponding topic badges;
• active user invitations → referral activity badges.
Badge types and obtaining conditions may change. Current information is always displayed in the Zanlo interface.
Badge Types
Badges have four levels that differ by color and status:
• Fan — bronze badge
• Expert — silver badge
• Hero — gold badge
• Legend — emerald badge
Each level reflects the degree of user activity in a specific topic.
Important to Remember
• Levels and Badges do not affect:

• Level and badge obtaining rules may be updated; changes should be monitored in the platform interface.
