The platform uses technical and organizational protection measures and works with licensed external providers for payment and data processing.

Zanlo does not store user funds and does not store personal or payment data.

Users, in turn, are responsible for controlling access to their account and compliance with platform usage rules.

• user funds;
• bank card and payment method data;
• personal and sensitive data;

How Your Data and Payments Are Processed

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed through licensed payment providers.
• The platform receives only technical transaction statuses, without access to payment details.
• Personal data and KYC information are processed exclusively by third-party licensed providers.
• Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements, including GDPR and other current regulations.

Zanlo does not independently store or process funds and personal data.

Main Account Protection Tools

1. Mobile Phone Number

Your mobile phone number is used for secure login and receiving one-time verification codes (OTP).

Recommendation:
If you registered using Google, add a phone number to your profile for extra security.
Why this matters:

• Improves account security
• Reduces the risk of losing access
• Ensures all login methods are linked to a single account

📌 Important:
Without a phone number, different login methods may be treated as separate accounts.
These accounts cannot be merged, and data (funds, progress, history) will remain separate.
Security guidelines

• Use a phone number you have permanent access to
• Do not share your phone number or OTP codes
• Avoid temporary or virtual numbers
• Protect your device with a password or biometrics
• Restrict access to SMS or apps where codes are received

❗ If you lose access to your phone number, account recovery may not be possible.

2. Google account

You can register and log in using your Google account.

• Only basic data required for platform operation is shared
• Account security depends on your Google settings

Recommendation:
Add a mobile phone number for additional protection.

3. Account Ownership and Access Rules

Your account is personal and non-transferable.
You must not:

• Share your account with others
• Sell or buy accounts
• Allow access to minors
• Provide access to users in restricted regions

Violating these rules may result in account restrictions or permanent blocking.

4. Responsible Use and Self-Control

If you feel your activity is becoming difficult to manage, take action early.
You may notice:

• Loss of control
• Excessive use
• Emotional or financial stress

What you can do

• Use the Control Center to manage your activity
• Temporarily limit your access
• Delete your account if necessary
• Seek support from a qualified professional

Zanlo encourages responsible use and provides tools to help you stay in control.
