If desired, users can delete their account on Zanlo.
After initiating deletion, users have 14 calendar days to cancel this action and restore full platform access.
How to Initiate Account Deletion
To begin the account deletion process:
Home → Menu → Profile → Settings → Delete account
After this, the deletion confirmation screen opens.
What to Check Before Deletion
Before initiating the account deletion process, make sure that:
• the Real Funds balance has no money;
• all necessary actions (withdrawal of funds, activity completion) are performed in advance.
❗ After initiating the deletion process:
• trading functionality becomes limited;
• deposits and withdrawals are blocked;
• part of platform functions are restricted.
Waiting Period (Deletion Pending)
After confirming deletion, the account transitions to Deletion pending status.
This means:
• the account is not yet deleted;
• a 14-day waiting period begins;
• during this time, you can cancel account deletion.
Deletion pending status is displayed:
• in profile;
• in Balance section;
• on screens related to Picks trading functionality and profile editing, as well as other platform screens.
How to Cancel Account Deletion
If you change your mind, account deletion can be cancelled at any time within 14 days.
To do this:
• go to account settings;
• tap Cancel deletion of account;
• confirm the action.
After cancelling deletion:
• the account remains active;
• full platform functionality is restored.
What Happens If Deletion Is Not Cancelled
If deletion was not cancelled within 14 calendar days:
• the account is deleted without recovery possibility;
• Event participation history is deleted;
• statistics, levels, badges, and task progress are deleted;
• repeated account recovery at user request is impossible.
Funds and Account Deletion
❗ If at the moment of completing the 14-day period funds remain on the Real Funds balance, these funds will be irretrievably lost.
By initiating the account deletion process, users confirm agreement with platform rules regarding account deletion.

• Account deletion is not an instant action.
• Within 14 days, users retain the ability to cancel deletion.
• After final deletion, account recovery is impossible.
• Responsibility for withdrawing funds before account deletion lies with the user.
