In a nutshell

You can withdraw funds from your Real funds balance on Zanlo using payment methods available in your region.

Withdrawal request is processed automatically or within timeframes set by the payment provider.

How to Withdraw Funds

Balance → Withdraw

• Open Balance section.
• Tap Withdraw.
• Select available withdrawal method (depending on country and profile region).
• Enter amount you want to withdraw.
• Check recipient data.
• Confirm operation — the system may request confirmation code or additional verification.

After confirmation, the request enters processing. You will receive notification when the operation is completed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification (KYC) is required to withdraw funds.
Important to understand:

• if KYC is not passed or not completed, withdrawal may be denied;
• when attempting withdrawal without passed KYC, the system will suggest completing verification;
• users understand and accept that without successful KYC, withdrawal is impossible.

KYC is a mandatory procedure and is applied to protect users and comply with regulatory requirements.

Important Notes & Recommendations

• Withdrawal is possible only from Real funds.
• Available methods and limits depend on region.
• Zanlo does not set withdrawal processing timeframes — they are determined by the payment provider.
• Method availability may change over time.

To avoid request cancellation or increased review time, it is recommended to withdraw funds to the same payment method that was used to deposit funds.

Using a different payment method may:
• lead to additional checks;
• increase request processing time;
• in certain cases lead to withdrawal denial.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The default minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
Important:

• minimum amount may vary depending on region;
• limits may change for regulatory, technical, or payment reasons;
• current restrictions are displayed before confirming withdrawal.

Fees and Compensations

Payment providers may charge a fee for withdrawal operations.
In such cases, Zanlo may compensate the payment provider fee in the form of Bonus funds.

Consider:
• compensation is credited not to Real funds, but to Bonus funds;
• Bonus funds are used in accordance with platform rules;
• compensation conditions may depend on region, payment method, user level, and active promo codes.

Where to View Withdrawal History

Balance → Transaction History
Use the Withdrawals operation type filter to see all withdrawal requests and their current status.

I didn’t receive my withdrawal. What should I do?

Before contacting support, check your withdrawal status. Each withdrawal request has a status displayed in transaction history:
• Pending — request is being processed by the payment provider; this is a normal status and requires no action from the user;
• Success — withdrawal successfully completed, funds credited to recipient;
• Failed — operation was not completed, funds were not withdrawn.

**Contact support through Help Center if: **
• withdrawal status remains Pending for more than 24 hours;
• status is Failed but funds were debited;
• questions arose about completed withdrawal.

Before contacting:
• check operation status in Transaction History;
• prepare operation data (method, amount, date).

Withdrawal Security

• Zanlo works only with licensed payment providers.
• The platform does not store user payment details.
• All operations go through secure payment system channels.
