In a nutshell
You can deposit funds on Zanlo using payment methods available in your region.
Fund crediting occurs automatically β immediately or within timeframes set by the payment provider.
How to Deposit Funds
Balance β Deposit
β’ Open Balance section.
β’ Tap Deposit.
β’ Select available payment method (depending on country and profile region).
β’ Enter deposit amount.
β’ Follow on-screen prompts β the system will show the payment form, details, or QR code.
β’ Confirm payment with the selected payment provider.
After transaction confirmation:
β’ funds are credited to Real funds;
β’ if fee compensation applies, it is credited to Bonus funds.
Minimum Deposit Amount
The default minimum deposit amount is $10.
Important:
β’ minimum amount may vary depending on region;
β’ actual minimum is displayed before confirming deposit;
β’ Zanlo cannot change minimum limits set by the payment provider.
Fees and Compensations
Some payment providers may charge a fee for deposits.
In such cases, Zanlo may compensate these costs in the form of Bonus funds.
Important to consider:
β’ compensation is credited not to Real funds, but to Bonus funds;
β’ Bonus funds are used in accordance with platform rules;
β’ compensation conditions may depend on region, payment method, user level, and active promo codes.
Deposit Statuses
Each deposit has a status displayed in transaction history:
β’ Pending β payment is being processed by the payment provider. This is a normal status, especially for bank transfers
or local payment methods;
β’ Success β payment successfully processed, funds credited to balance;
β’ Failed β payment was not completed, funds not credited.
β While payment has Pending status, it is still being processed by the payment system and requires no action from the
user.
How are transactions secured?
β’ Zanlo works only with licensed payment providers.
β’ The platform does not store bank card, account, or user payment details data.
β’ Data transmission occurs directly between user and payment provider.
β’ Each deposit is displayed in transaction history after processing.

Use the Deposits operation type filter to see all deposits and their current status.
When to Contact Support
My deposit was not credited. What should I do?
Before contacting support, check your deposit status. Each deposit request has a status displayed in transaction
history:
β’ Pending β payment is being processed by the payment provider. This is a normal status, especially for bank transfers
or local payment methods;
β’ Success β payment successfully processed, funds credited to balance;
β’ Failed β payment was not completed, funds not credited.
β While payment has Pending status, it is still being processed by the payment system and requires no action from the
user.
Contact support through Help Center if:
β’ funds were debited by the payment provider;
β’ the deposit status remains pending longer than expected.
β’ status is Failed but funds were debited.
Before contacting:
β’ make sure funds were actually debited from the payment method;
β’ prepare payment confirmation (receipt, screenshot, or transaction ID).
