In a nutshell
Transaction history is a log of all user balance changes on Zanlo.
In this section you can:
• track account fund movements;
• check deposits and withdrawals;
• view Coins credit and debit history;
• if necessary — examine operations at single Event level.
History updates automatically and is available at any time.
Where Transaction History Is Located
Go to:
Balance → Transaction history
Inside the section, three main tabs are available:
• Account
• Deposits
• Withdrawals
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits and Withdrawals tabs display operations related to fund deposits and withdrawals.
For these operations, statuses are used:
• Success — operation successfully completed;
• Pending — operation is being processed;
• Failed — operation was not completed.
Statuses apply only to deposits and withdrawals.
Account
Account tab shows all balance changes related to actions within the platform.
Inside Account, filters are available:
• All
• Credit
• Debit
• Coins
Credit
Credit includes any fund credits to account, including:
• fund crediting based on activity results related to Event participation;
• funds received from share sales;
• fund return when operations are cancelled;
• bonus credits.
Debit
Debit includes any fund debits from account, including:
• fund use in Picks;
• debits within platform operations;
• other actions reducing balance.
Coins
Coins section displays Coins movement:
• Coins credits for tasks, activities, and events;
• Coins debits, for example, when using in Marketplace.
Each record shows:
• Coins quantity;
• operation type;
• operation date and time.
Operation Details and Events
If an operation in Account section is related to Event, tapping it opens a detailed list of all fund movements within this Event.
This allows:
• viewing all debits and credits for specific Event;
• understanding how balance changed within one Event;
• checking final calculation.
Important to Remember
• Transaction history reflects actual balance changes.
• History records are not edited and not changed manually.
• Displayed data corresponds to current account state.

• understand fund movement;
• view bonus or Coins credits;
