In a nutshell

Balance is the section where all user funds and assets on Zanlo are displayed: available funds, funds engaged in Events, bonuses, and service balances.

Balance updates automatically after each operation — purchase, sale, order placement, bonus crediting, or fund withdrawal.

How to Open Balance Section

Balance section is accessible in several ways:

• via Home → Menu → Balance;
• from any screen where current balance is displayed in the upper part of interface (for example, $10.55).

When tapping displayed balance, user automatically transitions to Balance section.

Available Funds

Available funds are funds that are available for use in new Picks at the current moment.
Available funds composition displays:

• Real funds — real monetary funds;
• Bonus funds — bonus funds provided by the platform.

Available funds are used when creating new Picks.

Real Funds

Real funds are the user's real monetary funds.
Real funds include:

• funds deposited through deposit;
• profit obtained from Event participation, including profit from share sales.

Real funds:

• can be used for new Pick participation;
• can be withdrawn from platform in accordance with withdrawal rules.

Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are additional funds provided to user within:

• tasks and activities;
• contests;
• referral programs;
• promotions and special offers.

Important:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn;
• profit obtained using Bonus funds is converted to Real funds;
• Bonus funds have limited validity period.

If Bonus funds were not spent in operations within 14 days from crediting moment, they are automatically cancelled.
Spending means actual Bonus funds use in platform operations.

Invested and Held Funds

Balance section also displays how funds are already used on the platform.
Invested
Invested are funds that are already used for making Picks.
This block displays:

• total amount of invested funds;
• separately — which part was used from Real funds and Bonus funds.

Held

Held are funds that are temporarily reserved in open orders (for example, when placing limit orders).
While order is not executed or not cancelled:

• funds are considered Held;
• they are unavailable for other operations.

Held block also displays:

• total amount;
• distribution between Real funds and Bonus funds.

How Funds Are Debited When Making Picks

When making Picks, funds are debited automatically in 70/30 proportion, where 70 — Real funds, 30 — Bonus funds.
User does not choose from which balance debiting will be made. If one balance has insufficient funds, missing amount is compensated by another available balance.

CFP and Coins

Balance section also displays:

• number of available CFP (Commission Free Pick);
• number of Coins.

CFP and Coins have their own usage rules described in corresponding Help Center articles.

Transition to Portfolio

Visit Portfolio button is available from Balance section.
It leads to Portfolio where you can:

• see all active Picks;
• check Event status;
• manage Sell, TP / SL, and orders;
• view details for each Event.

Transparency and Data Update

• Balance updates automatically after each operation.
• All changes are recorded and available to user.
• Interface refresh may be required to display current data.
• Zanlo does not change balance manually and does not apply hidden adjustments.
