In a nutshell
Security and platform integrity are Zanlo's top priorities.
The platform uses modern technical and organizational measures to protect user accounts, operations, and the Zanlo ecosystem from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Account Security
Zanlo applies a multi-layered approach to account protection and activity monitoring.
During registration, login, and platform use, behavioral, device, and session analysis mechanisms are employed to help detect suspicious actions and prevent abuse.
Account access may be restricted if signs of unsafe or rule-violating behavior are detected. These include, but are not limited to:
• creating or attempting to use multiple accounts;
• using virtual, temporary, or rented phone numbers;
• using others' or rented Google / Apple ID accounts;
• atypical or mass logins from a single device;
• attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of access to their accounts.
Important:
• do not share login credentials, confirmation codes, or device access with third parties;
• do not sell or transfer the account;
• do not provide account access to minors;
• do not provide account access to third parties, including citizens of other countries, if prohibited by platform rules;
• do not use others' payment methods and do not provide your payment methods to other users.
Zanlo is not responsible for loss of access or damage resulting from sharing account data with third parties.
Payments and Funds
Zanlo does not store user funds and does not process payment data directly.
All transactions:
• are carried out through licensed and certified payment providers;
• are processed in accordance with their security standards;
• are confirmed and logged within the platform's operations.
Zanlo does not have access to bank card data or users' payment details.
AML and Anti-Fraud
Zanlo uses automated AML and anti-fraud systems to detect:
• suspicious financial transactions;
• bonus fraud attempts;
• multi-accounting;
• use of prohibited verification methods;
• activity violating platform rules.
In some cases, activity may also be reviewed manually by the security team.
KYC and Verification
To comply with security requirements and applicable legislation, Zanlo may request identity verification (KYC).
KYC may be required, in particular:
• for fund withdrawals;
• when suspicious activity is detected;
• when additional account verification is necessary.
Zanlo does not store KYC documents — verification and data processing are carried out by licensed external providers.

Data Storage and Use
Zanlo minimizes data collection and storage.
Important:
• the platform does not store users' payment data;
• KYC documents are processed by licensed external providers;
• data used for account operation (e.g., phone number or email, if added by the user) is used exclusively for identification, security, and communication with the user;
• data is not sold and is not used for advertising purposes;
• analytics is conducted in anonymized form.
Zanlo strives to comply with applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
Protecting Integrity and the Ecosystem
Zanlo continuously monitors platform activity to prevent:
• manipulation and coordinated actions;
• abuse of bonus mechanics;
• bypassing platform restrictions;
• distorting Event operation.
Users who violate the rules may have their access restricted or their account blocked in accordance with Terms & Conditions.
What Users Can Do
To enhance security, it is recommended to:
• pay attention to notifications from Zanlo;
• regularly check account activity;
• not use third-party tools to bypass restrictions;
• immediately contact support if you suspect loss of account control.
If a user feels they are losing control over their activity, it is recommended to use Control Center, temporarily limit platform use, or delete the account.
