Wallet history report is a report with user wallet transaction history on Zanlo platform for selected period.
Report contains only factual data about fund deposits and withdrawals and is intended for personal accounting, operation verification, or history export.
What Wallet History Report Includes
Report includes operations for selected time period, including:
• deposits;
• fund withdrawals;
• operation dates and times;
• operation amounts;
• operation direction (credit or debit);
• unique transaction IDs.
Report is formed without analytics and interpretations.
What Wallet History Report Does NOT Include
Important to understand that Wallet history report:
• does not calculate profit or losses;
• does not analyze user activity;
• does not contain data on Events, Picks, or orders;
• does not display Event participation results;
• is not a financial or tax report formed by platform.
Report reflects only wallet operation history.
How to Get Wallet History Report
• Go to Balance → Statements & Reports.
• Select Wallet history.
• Specify report period (Start date and End date).
• Tap Email statement.
Report will be sent to email specified in user profile.
If email is not specified:
• system will suggest adding email to profile;
• after adding email, report must be requested again.
Report Formation and Delivery
• report is formed automatically based on Transaction history data;
• sent to email linked to account;
• data reflects operation status at report formation moment;
• delivery timeframes depend on request processing by system.
When Wallet History Report May Be Needed
Report may be useful when you need to:
• check deposits and withdrawals for specific period;
• maintain personal financial accounting;
• restore operation history;
• provide data to accountant or financial consultant.
Important to Remember
• Wallet history report is informational in nature.
• User independently is responsible for data interpretation and use.
• Zanlo does not make changes to formed reports.
• Report is formed only for operations completed at request moment.
