How to Buy and Sell shares

In a nutshell Pick is your position in an Event on the Zanlo platform. Share is a unit of an outcome. One Pick can contain multiple shares. For example, "Make a Pick for 10 Yes" means buying 10 Yes shares. You choose one of the Event’s two outcomes — Yes or No, or one of two named outcomes — and make a Pick at a specified price or at market offering. After purchase, you can hold your shares until the Event concludes or sell them earlier. What Is a Pick A Pick is a digital position that reflects your opinion on the outcome of a specific Event. Each Event on the platform has exactly two possible outcomes — Yes and No, or two named outcomes. In the system, you buy shares of the outcome you choose — for example, 1 Yes share, 1 No share, or 1 McGregor share. By making a Pick, you choose an outcome and lock in your position at a price formed by market participants. A Pick is not a bet, does not guarantee a result, and does not provide fixed income. Its final value depends on the Event outcome and other participants' actions. How to Make a Pick To make a Pick: 1. Open the Event that interests you. 2. Choose one of the Event’s two outcomes — Yes or No, or one of two named outcomes. 3. Specify the quantity (qty of shares) of the chosen outcome you want to buy. 4. Confirm the action. After confirmation, the Pick will either be purchased immediately or placed as an order awaiting execution — depending on the selected order type. For more details on order types, see Order Types. How to Sell (Exit) Your Shares You can sell your shares before the Event receives Resolved status. Selling shares is called Sell. When selling, you put your shares up for sale, and they will be sold when suitable demand appears in the market. The sale price depends on current market conditions. For more details on selling mechanics, see Sell. What Happens After Purchase After purchase: • Your shares are displayed in the Portfolio section. • Until the Event concludes, you can: - hold the shares, - sell them completely or partially, - manage the position using additional tools. • When the Event concludes and receives Resolved status, the system automatically calculates the outcome for all your shares. What Happens If Your Shares Are Not Sold Before the Event Concludes If you place your shares for sale but no buyer appears before the Event receives Resolved status: • The sell order will be automatically canceled and receive the Canceled status. • You will continue to own your shares. • The system will then calculate the result according to standard settlement rules. Outcome calculation: • If the Event outcome matches your position, you will receive profit. • If the outcome is unfavorable, the funds used to purchase the shares will not be returned. Important to Remember • Share price can change at any moment.• Purchasing shares does not guarantee profit. • The outcome depends on the actual Event result and market conditions. • Zanlo does not influence prices and does not interfere in trading — they are formed by participants. Understanding Profit

In a nutshell Profit on the Zanlo platform occurs when your Pick matches the confirmed Event outcome, or when you sell your shares at a price higher than the purchase price. All calculations are performed automatically and depend on the Event outcome and market dynamics. What Is Profit on Zanlo Profit is the difference between the sale price and purchase price of shares, or the difference between the final value of shares after Event completion and the purchase price. Important to understand: • profit is not guaranteed; • the result depends on the Event outcome and other participants' actions; • Zanlo does not predict or influence the outcome. How Profit Is Formed When you make a Pick, you lock in a position at a specified price or at market offering. Two scenarios are possible: 1. Event Concludes (Resolved) If the outcome you chose is correct, each share receives a final value used to calculate the result. If the outcome is incorrect, the share has no final value. 2. Sale Before Event Completion (Sell) You can sell shares before the Event receives Resolved status. In this case, the result depends on the difference between the purchase price and sale price. For more details on selling, see Sell Fees and Net Result Fees are charged only on positive results. Fee size may depend on user level and use of special conditions (e.g., Commission Free Picks). If the result is negative, no fee is applied. For more details, see Fees & Payouts and CFP (Commission Free Pick). When Calculation Occurs • When selling shares — the result is fixed at the moment of order execution. • When Event concludes — calculation occurs automatically after outcome confirmation. All data is displayed in Portfolio and in transaction history. Where to View Your Results You can track your results in several sections: • Portfolio — active and completed Events • Transaction History — fund movements • Specific Event card They display: • purchase price, • sale price (if applicable), • final result. Important to Remember • Share price can change until Event completion. • Profit is not fixed and is not guaranteed. • The result depends on the actual Event outcome and market conditions, as well as participants' skills, analysis performed, and informed decisions. • Zanlo Prediction Market is not a financial institution and does not provide investment recommendations. Order Types

In a nutshell Order Type is the method by which you buy or sell shares on the Zanlo platform. The order type determines execution conditions. The platform always strives to execute orders at the best  available price if the market allows. How Orders Are Executed on Zanlo The key platform principle: Zanlo Prediction Market always tries to execute orders at the best available price. If a better price than specified by the user is available, the order will be executed at that price. This means: • for purchases — cheaper, if such an offer exists; • for sales — more expensive, if the market is willing to buy at a higher price. The specified price is a threshold or guideline, not a fixed execution price. Main Order Types The platform offers two main order types: • Market Order — execution at market offering • Limit Order — execution with specified price threshold Market Order Market Order is used when it's important to execute an action quickly, without waiting and without setting a price threshold. On Zanlo, Market Order is available in several modes. Market Quantity Used when you want to buy or sell a fixed quantity of shares. How it works: • you specify the quantity (qty) of shares; • the system selects market offerings; • the order is executed at the best available price; • if a better price is available, it will be used. Suitable if: • exact share quantity is important to you; • speed is more important than precise price level. Market Max Investment Used when you want to buy shares for a fixed amount. How it works: • you specify the maximum amount; • the system buys shares at available market offerings; • if the entire amount cannot be used, unused funds are returned to balance; • final share quantity depends on market price at execution time. Suitable if: • you want to control the amount, not share quantity; • exact quantity is not critical. Market Sell Used when you want to quickly sell shares at market offering. How it works: • you specify the share quantity for sale; • the system selects the best available buy offers; • the sale may be executed at a price higher than the last displayed value, if the market allows. For more details on selling, see Sell. Limit Order Limit Order allows you to set a price threshold that limits execution conditions. How it works: • for purchases, you set a maximum price; • for sales — a minimum price; • if the market offers a better price, the order will be executed at it. Additional Limit Order Parameters • Auto Cancel (AC) — automatic order cancellation • Take Profit / Stop Loss — automatic rules after purchase For more details, see TP / SL. Order Statuses • Bought— order executed • Buying— order awaiting execution • Selling— shares being sold • Sold— shares sold • Cancelled — order cancelled Statuses are displayed in the Event card and in Portfolio. Important to Remember • Price in an order is a threshold, not an execution guarantee. • An order may be executed at a better price. • Market Order does not guarantee use of the entire amount or instant execution. • Zanlo Prediction Market does not interfere in the market and does not worsen transaction terms. TP / SL (Take Profit and Stop Loss)

In a nutshell Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) are automatic rules that allow you to preset sell conditions from a position after making a Pick. When the price of purchased shares reaches the specified value, the system automatically creates a limit sell order (Sell). What Are TP and SL TP and SL are not separate transactions and not a guaranteed result. They are rules that automate the moment of creating a sell order. • Take Profit (TP) — used to lock in results when price rises • Stop Loss (SL) — used to limit potential risk when price falls TP and SL work only for already purchased shares. How Take Profit (TP) Works Take Profit triggers when share price reaches the specified value or higher. After triggering: • the system automatically creates a limit sell order (Sell); • the limit order price is the value specified in TP settings; • further execution occurs according to limit order rules. How Stop Loss (SL) Works Stop Loss triggers when share price reaches or falls below the specified value. After triggering: • the system automatically creates a limit sell order (Sell); • the limit order price is the value specified in SL settings; • further execution occurs according to limit order rules. Order Type When TP / SL Triggers When TP or SL triggers: • a limit sell order Sell is always created; • order parameters match the values set by the user; • order execution rules do not differ from a regular limit sell order. For details on limit order execution rules, see Order Types. Limitations and Important Rules • TP and SL do not guarantee instant execution of the order. • TP and SL are automatically cancelled if: - Shares were sold manually; - a new sell order was opened containing shares with previously set TP and SL; - the order was cancelled by the user or automatically. • After cancellation or partial execution, TP / SL are not automatically restored. When It Makes Sense to Use TP / SL TP and SL are useful if: • you don't want to constantly monitor the market; • you preset sell conditions; • you use a risk management or profit-taking strategy. TP / SL is an automation tool, not a way to guarantee results. Important to Remember • TP and SL do not lock in execution price — they lock in limit Sell order price. • Execution depends on market offering and limit order rules. • TP and SL settings can be changed by tapping the TP / SL icons on your orders. • Zanlo Prediction Market does not interfere in the market and does not change execution rules. • TP and SL do not affect the confirmed Event outcome. Fees & Payouts

In a nutshell Fees & Payouts describes what fees apply on the Zanlo platform and how the final result is calculated after selling shares or Event completion. Fees apply only to positive results and are calculated automatically. What Fees Exist on Zanlo The Zanlo platform applies a fee on positive results. This means: • fees are not charged on negative results; • fees are not deducted from the purchase amount; • fees are calculated only after selling shares or Event completion. Zanlo does not charge hidden or fixed fees for making Picks. When Fees Apply Fees apply in one of two cases: 1. Selling Shares Before Event Completion If you sell (Sell) your Yes / No /Choose side shares and the result is positive, the fee is calculated at the moment of order execution. 2. Event Completion (Resolved) If the Event concludes and your Pick matches the confirmed Event outcome, the fee is applied during automatic result calculation. If the result is not positive, no fee is applied. Fee Size Fee size may depend on: • user level; • account status; • use of special conditions (e.g., Commission Free Pick). Commission Free Pick (CFP) Commission Free Pick (CFP) is a Pick where the fee is not applied if the result is positive. CFP: • does not affect share price; • does not affect Event outcome; • applies only to the fee. For more details, see CFP (Commission Free Pick). How Payout Occurs Payout is an automatic calculation of the final result for shares. • when selling shares — the result is fixed at the moment of order execution; • when Event concludes — the result is calculated after outcome confirmation. All calculations are performed automatically and displayed in Portfolio and Transaction History. Where to View Fees and Payouts You can see information about fees and results in the following sections: • Portfolio — active and completed Events. • Transaction History — transaction details To view fee information, open the Event card of interest and tap on the order of interest. The following are displayed: • purchase price; • sale price (if applicable); • final result; • applied fee. Important to Remember • Fees apply only to positive results. • Fee size may change depending on account conditions. • Zanlo Prediction Market does not guarantee results and does not influence Event outcomes. • The Zanlo platform is not a financial institution and does not provide investment recommendations. CFP (Commission Free Pick)

In a nutshell CFP (Commission Free Pick) is a special condition where the fee is not applied to a specific Pick if the result is positive. CFP affects only the fee and does not change the Pick price, order mechanics, or Event outcome. What Is CFP CFP is not a currency and not a Pick type. It is a condition that applies to one specific share in your Pick at the moment of purchase. If the Event result is such that profit is expected for that share, the fee on profit for that share is not charged. 1 CFP applies to 1 share. For example, if you made a Pick with 5 Yes shares using 3 CFP, and the Event concluded with Yes outcome, the platform will not withhold the fee on profit for 3 out of 5 of your Yes shares. CFP: • does not affect outcome probability; • does not change purchase or sale price; • does not change order execution rules. How CFP Is Applied • CFP is applied automatically when purchasing shares if it is available on the user account. • Only one CFP can be applied to one share. • CFP cannot be removed, replaced, or detached after application. • CFP cannot be applied retroactively. If the Pick result is not positive, no fee is applied — same as for a regular Pick. Where CFP Is Used CFP is taken into account: • when selling shares before Event completion (Sell); • during automatic result calculation after Event completion. In all cases, CFP affects only the fee and does not change the final calculation mechanics. How to Get CFP CFP can be obtained in several ways: • through Daily Tasks and Event Tasks; • through Referral Program; • Exchange Coins for CFP in Marketplace, if this option is available on the platform. CFP availability depends on current conditions and user activity. Where to View Your CFP Information about available CFP count is displayed in: • Profile → Balance CFP usage history is not displayed separately and is not maintained as a standalone transaction log. Limitations and Important Rules • CFP applies to only one share. • More than one CFP cannot be applied to one share. • CFP cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn. • CFP does not guarantee a positive result. • CFP does not affect price, volume, or order execution. Important to Remember • CFP is not money and not a balance. • CFP does not change trading rules and does not provide advantages in Event outcome. • Zanlo Prediction Market does not interfere in trading mechanics when using CFP. Understanding outcome prices

In a nutshell Outcome prices reflect how Zanlo participants value possible event outcomes and what they're willing to pay for them. On the Zanlo platform, a basic rule applies: YES price and NO price always add up to $1 (or 100%). For events with named outcomes (e.g., McGregor vs Holloway), the same rule applies: both option prices are interrelated. At Event launch, the platform sets initial pricing conditions, after which further price movement is formed by participants. Zanlo — More Than Just a Prediction Market Zanlo is an opinion markets ecosystem, where Pick price reflects the collective outcome assessment, not a fixed probability or platform opinion.  The platform: • sets Event structure and initial conditions;  • provides trading rules;  • does not control participant assessments after trading begins. Zanlo's Golden Rule: YES + NO = $1 In every Event on Zanlo, this principle applies: YES price + NO price always equals $1 (or 100%) The same applies to events with named outcomes — the prices of both options are always interrelated. This means:  • if YES price rises, NO price automatically decreases;  • if NO price rises, YES price automatically decreases;  • the sum of both outcomes always remains constant. In events with named outcomes, the same logic applies. This principle: • makes price structure transparent;  • distinguishes Zanlo from platforms where outcome prices can behave independently;  • allows participants to always understand how assessment is distributed between the two outcomes. Why prices differ between outcomes Each event has exactly two possible outcomes. In Yes/No events, participants choose between Yes and No. In events with named outcomes, the two options reflect the specific outcomes of that event — for example, a fighter's name or a team. The price of each outcome reflects how strongly participants believe in it and what they're willing to pay for it right now. This means: ●     if participants are more confident in one outcome and willing to pay more for it — its price rises, while the other outcome's price falls; ●     if confidence shifts toward a different outcome — prices adjust accordingly. Price reflects market assessment, not the confirmed event result. How Prices Are Formed At Event launch, the platform sets initial pricing conditions — a starting point for assessment.  After trading begins: • participants place orders at prices at which they are willing to buy or sell shares;  • price changes when willingness to pay more or sell cheaper appears;  • Zanlo does not interfere in further price formation. Why the Price Changes Prices — whether for Yes/No or named outcomes — can change when participants: • revise their Event assessment;  • are willing to pay more for the chosen outcome;  • are willing to lower price to exit a position;  • react to changes in liquidity and activity within the Event.  Every price change is the result of participant decisions, not platform actions. What the outcome price means In every Zanlo event, you buy shares of an outcome — for example, 1 Yes share, 1 No share, or 1 McGregor share. The price of one share: ●     reflects what participants are currently willing to pay for that outcome; ●     shows the collective assessment of how likely that outcome is; ●     is not a guaranteed probability and does not predict the result. Price can change at any time before the event closes. Important to Remember • In every Zanlo event, both outcome prices are interrelated — whether Yes/No or named outcomes. The sum of both outcome prices always reflects 100% of the market. • Price is formed by ecosystem participants.  • Zanlo does not predict outcomes and does not control price movement after trading begins.  • Price is not investment advice. How Event Outcomes Are Determined

In a nutshell If you disagree with an Event result, it's important to understand exactly how Zanlo confirms outcomes. Disagreeing with a result does not mean it can be reconsidered. What to Understand in Advance Every Event on the Zanlo platform: • has a clear and unambiguous question wording; • has pre-determined criteria for what counts as each outcome — Yes and No, or each of the two named outcomes; • has fixed outcome confirmation rules established before trading begins. By participating in an Event, the user agrees to its wording and outcome confirmation rules. How Event Outcome Is Confirmed After trading ends, Event outcome is confirmed based on the actual event outcome corresponding to the question wording. Outcome confirmation: • does not depend on user expectations; • does not depend on price dynamics or trading activity; • does not depend on the number of Picks on each outcome. The outcome is fixed in accordance with pre-established rules. When Appeals May Make Sense Support appeals may be considered only in exceptional cases if there are grounds to believe that: • a technical error was made during outcome confirmation; • wrong criteria were applied that were not specified in Event conditions; • the outcome was fixed in clear contradiction to the question wording. This is about checking rule application correctness, not reconsidering the outcome. When Outcome Is Not Reconsidered Appeals are not considered if they are based on: • personal disagreement with the outcome; • incorrect understanding of Event wording; • expectations not matching question conditions; • information changes after the Event received Resolved status. Important: If an Event received Resolved status, the outcome is considered final. Even if new circumstances appear later (e.g., decision reviews, additional checks, doping control, statistics clarification, or other retrospective changes), they do not affect the already confirmed Event outcome on the Zanlo platform. How Zanlo Reviews Appeals All appeals: • are reviewed in accordance with platform rules; • are analyzed based on Event wording and outcome confirmation conditions; • do not lead to re-confirmation or Event reconsideration. Zanlo does not open repeated confirmation procedures and does not change outcomes after fixation. Zanlo's Role Zanlo: • ensures compliance with pre-established rules; • confirms Event outcome in accordance with these rules; • fixes the result once. Zanlo: • does not interpret events retrospectively; • does not reconsider outcomes after confirmation; • does not change Event outcome based on subsequent context changes. Important to Remember • Event participation means agreement with its conditions and wording. • Event outcome is confirmed once and is not subject to reconsideration. • Support appeals are not a way to change the outcome, but a mechanism to verify its application correctness. What Is Sell?

In a nutshell Sell is the sale of already purchased shares before Event trading ends. Sell allows you to close a position before the Event transitions from Active status to Waiting for the outcome or Resolved, without waiting for the confirmed result. What Is Sell A sale is an action through which you sell your shares back to the market. When using Sell: • you sell a position before Event trading ends; • the result depends on current market assessment; • calculation occurs at the moment of order execution. Sell does not affect Event outcome and does not change its confirmation rules. When Sell Can Be Used Sell  is available: • for already purchased shares; • while the Event is in Active status. ❗ As soon as the Event transitions from Active status to Waiting for the outcome or Resolved, Sell becomes unavailable. After this, the system awaits outcome confirmation and automatically calculates results for all remaining shares. How Sell Works When using Sell: • a share sell order is created; • the order is executed according to the selected order type rules; • execution price depends on market offering. For details on order types, see Order Types. Sell Types Sell can be executed in different ways, depending on the selected order type: • Market Sell — selling shares at market offering; • Limit Sell — selling shares with a specified price threshold; • Sell via TP / SL — automatic sale when reaching a specified value. In all cases, the same order execution rules apply. Partial Sell You can sell: • all already purchased shares; • only part of shares. With partial Sell: • remaining shares continue to participate in the Event; • new Sell or TP / SL conditions can be set for them. What Happens After Sell After Sell execution: • the result is fixed immediately; • funds are credited to corresponding balances depending on the type of funds used when purchasing shares; • further Event participation for sold shares ceases. Fees apply only to positive results, in accordance with Fees & Payouts rules. Limitations and Important Rules • Sell does not guarantee sale at a specific price. • Sell execution depends on market interest and demand. • After placing a Sell order: - associated TP / SL are canceled; - the order can be canceled manually if not yet executed. • Zanlo does not interfere in the market and does not control prices. Important to Remember • Sell is a sale at market assessment at the moment when the Event is still active. • As soon as the Event transitions from Active to Waiting for the outcome or Resolved, all open Sell orders are canceled automatically. • Sell price may differ from the last displayed value. • Selling is not a guarantee of profit or risk reduction. What Is Portfolio

What Is Portfolio and How to Use It In a nutshell Portfolio is the section that contains all information about your Event activity on the Zanlo platform. Here you can see: • Events you have participated in; • active and completed Events; • Events added to favorites; • financial statistics; • detailed information about orders and Picks within Events. This is the main screen where you track your participation and results. Where to Find Portfolio The Portfolio section is located in the main menu; in the app, it is at the bottom of the screen. By default, the Active tab opens — Events you participated in that do not yet have a final result. Even if you opened an order and it was not executed, the corresponding Event will still appear in the Active tab. Portfolio Structure Portfolio consists of three tabs: • Active • Resolved • Favorites 1. Active (Active Picks) The Active tab contains a list of all Events where you showed activity and opened at least one order - even if it was cancelled or did not find a matching offer. Portfolio → Active - Summary At the top of the Active tab, the Summary block is displayed - a brief financial overview of all Active Events. Summary presents four key indicators: • Live Profit - shows the current result if you sell all available shares at current market price and subtract purchase costs. • Potential Profit - potential result if all shares in all Active Events match the confirmed outcome, minus purchase costs. • Sale profit - result from reselling shares that were sold before Events transitioned to Resolved status. • Total Invested - total volume of funds involved in active Events. Includes: - funds spent on already purchased shares; - funds held in open orders. Below the Summary block, the Show More button is available, opening an expanded report with detailed breakdown of each indicator. Portfolio → Active - Event List Below Summary is the Events list. For convenient analysis and navigation, filters and sorting are available: • by category, subcategory, league, or country; • by order status: Buying, Bought, Selling, Sold, Cancelled. Selected filters allow displaying only those Events where you have Picks with corresponding order statuses. Tip: with many Events, use filters — this simplifies tracking changes and managing positions. When clicking on an Event from the list, the corresponding Event page opens. 2. Resolved (Picks in Completed Events) The Resolved tab contains a list of all Events you participated in where the outcome has been confirmed. Portfolio → Resolved — 7 Day Summary At the top of the section, 7 day Summary is displayed — an overview of the last 7 calendar days. To find earlier Events, use the Looking for older events? button. Summary displays: • Total Invested — total volume of funds invested in Events through executed purchase orders. • Total Profit — final result of Event participation. • Picks Profit — result from Picks after Event completion. • Sale profit — result from reselling shares before Events transitioned to Resolved status.
