In a nutshell
If you disagree with an Event result, it's important to understand exactly how Zanlo confirms outcomes. Disagreeing with a result does not mean it can be reconsidered.
What to Understand in Advance
Every Event on the Zanlo platform:
• has a clear and unambiguous question wording;
• has pre-determined criteria for what counts as each outcome — Yes and No, or each of the two named outcomes;
• has fixed outcome confirmation rules established before trading begins.
By participating in an Event, the user agrees to its wording and outcome confirmation rules.
How Event Outcome Is Confirmed
After trading ends, Event outcome is confirmed based on the actual event outcome corresponding to the question wording.
Outcome confirmation:
• does not depend on user expectations;
• does not depend on price dynamics or trading activity;
• does not depend on the number of Picks on each outcome.
The outcome is fixed in accordance with pre-established rules.
When Appeals May Make Sense
Support appeals may be considered only in exceptional cases if there are grounds to believe that:
• a technical error was made during outcome confirmation;
• wrong criteria were applied that were not specified in Event conditions;
• the outcome was fixed in clear contradiction to the question wording.
This is about checking rule application correctness, not reconsidering the outcome.
When Outcome Is Not Reconsidered
Appeals are not considered if they are based on:
• personal disagreement with the outcome;
• incorrect understanding of Event wording;
• expectations not matching question conditions;
• information changes after the Event received Resolved status.
Important:
If an Event received Resolved status, the outcome is considered final.
Even if new circumstances appear later (e.g., decision reviews, additional checks, doping control, statistics clarification, or other retrospective changes), they do not affect the already confirmed Event outcome on the Zanlo platform.
How Zanlo Reviews Appeals
All appeals:
• are reviewed in accordance with platform rules;
• are analyzed based on Event wording and outcome confirmation conditions;
• do not lead to re-confirmation or Event reconsideration.
Zanlo does not open repeated confirmation procedures and does not change outcomes after fixation.
Zanlo's Role
Zanlo:
• ensures compliance with pre-established rules;
• confirms Event outcome in accordance with these rules;
• fixes the result once.
Zanlo:
• does not interpret events retrospectively;
• does not reconsider outcomes after confirmation;
• does not change Event outcome based on subsequent context changes.
Important to Remember
• Event participation means agreement with its conditions and wording.
• Event outcome is confirmed once and is not subject to reconsideration.
• Support appeals are not a way to change the outcome, but a mechanism to verify its application correctness.
