In a nutshell
Trust & Fairness are the foundational principles upon which the Zanlo platform is built.
Each Event on the platform has predetermined rules, and its result is confirmed based on factual data and objective criteria, not on individual users' opinions or actions.
Zanlo strives to ensure equal conditions for all participants and transparent decision-making logic.
Why This Matters
When a user participates in an Event, they should understand:
• by what rules the result will be confirmed;
• that the outcome does not depend on individual participants' activity;
• that the platform cannot arbitrarily change the outcome.
Trust and fairness principles are embedded in Zanlo's very architecture and apply to all Events without exception.
How Event Results Are Confirmed
Each Event on Zanlo:
• has a clear question formulation;
• has predefined criteria for what counts as each possible outcome — Yes and No, or each of the named outcomes;
• has fixed outcome confirmation rules established before trading begins.
After trading closes, the Event result is confirmed based on the actual event outcome corresponding to the question conditions.
Depending on the Event type, the following may be used to confirm the result:
• official statistical data;
• data from certified information providers;
• official websites of organizations, leagues, or platforms;
• materials from verified news portals and registered media;
• other reliable public information sources.
ℹ️ In most cases, the outcome confirmation logic or the source used is indicated in the Event description. In some situations, the detailed source may not be publicly specified.
What Does and Doesn't Affect the Result
The Event result is influenced only by:
• the actual event outcome corresponding to the question formulation.
The Event result is NOT influenced by:
• number of users;
• trading volume;
• ratio of Picks across outcomes;
• discussions, comments, or social activity;
• actions of individual users or groups.
Zanlo's Role in the Process
Zanlo:
• predetermines outcome confirmation rules;
• ensures compliance with these rules;
• records the outcome after result confirmation.
Zanlo:
• does not express its own opinion on Events;
• does not provide recommendations;
• does not interfere with user choices;
• does not change rules after trading begins.
Additional Verifications
In some cases, outcome confirmation may require additional time, for example, if:
• data arrives with delays;
• different sources publish information with discrepancies;
• the event has a complex or multi-stage nature.
In such situations, the Event may temporarily remain in Waiting for the outcome stage until final result confirmation.
Appeals
If a user disagrees with an Event outcome, they can file an appeal through the Help Center.
Appeals are reviewed in accordance with the established procedure and based on predetermined outcome confirmation rules.
Important to Remember
• All outcome confirmation rules are predetermined.
• Zanlo does not change Event conditions after trading begins.
• The platform does not guarantee results and does not promise benefits.
• All decisions are made independently by the user.
