Promo Codes

In a nutshell Promo codes on Zanlo are a way to get additional benefits within the platform. Depending on specific promotion conditions, promo code can provide Bonus funds, level increase, as well as other bonuses if provided by promotion rules. Promo codes are not monetary funds and are used only within Zanlo ecosystem. What Promo Code Can Provide Depending on specific promotion conditions, user can receive: • Bonus funds — bonus funds for Event participation; • account level increase or level progress acceleration; • other bonuses if provided by specific campaign conditions. Actual reward composition is always displayed before confirming promo code activation. Where to Find Promo Codes Section Promo codes section is located in app main menu: Menu → Promo codes Displayed here: • new (available for activation) promo codes; • already used promo codes; • expired promo codes. How to Add Promo Code Sometimes promo code is not immediately displayed in available promo codes list and needs to be added to active promo codes list. To do this: For Adding 1 — Manually in Promo Codes Section • Go to Menu → Promo codes. • Enter promo code in free input field (can type manually or paste). • Tap Add. • If code is valid, system will add it to available promo codes list. For Adding 2 — Manually in Balance Section • Go to Balance → Deposit. • Enter promo code in free input field (can type manually or paste). • Tap Add. • If code is valid, system will add it to available promo codes line. How to Activate Promo Code For Activation 1 — Manually in Promo Codes Section • Go to Menu → Promo codes. • Select promo code you want to use • Tap Use • If this is a promo code for status obtaining - next step obtaining window pops up. • If this is a promo code for deposit bonus activation - after tapping Use button - deposit screen will open with promo code already applied. Method 2 — When Depositing Balance (for Deposit Promo Codes) If promo code is related to deposit, it can be used directly on deposit screen: Balance → Deposit • Open balance deposit screen. • Select promo code from promo codes feed, tap promo code of interest. • Review how selected promo code works. • Confirm deposit and check bonus crediting. Promo Code Statuses • New — promo code available for activation; • Used — promo code already used; • Expired — promo code validity period has expired. One promo code can be used only within specific promotion conditions. Important to Remember • Promo codes cannot be exchanged for real money. • Promo codes are not cumulative with each other unless otherwise specified by promotion conditions. • Promo code conditions may differ depending on:   - user country; - account level; - user segment;  - Zanlo internal rules and active campaigns. • Zanlo reserves the right to change or end promotions in accordance with platform rules. Where to View Activation Result After successful activation: • Bonus funds and other bonuses are displayed in Balance section; • level changes are displayed in Profile; • activation history is available in Promo codes section. Daily Tasks

In a nutshell Daily Tasks are daily assignments on Zanlo platform that encourage user activity on the platform. By completing assignments, you receive Coins and participate in daily and weekly streaks system. Daily Tasks do not affect Event outcomes and do not provide trading advantages — this is exclusively a reward system for activity. Why Daily Tasks Are Needed Daily Tasks help: • familiarize with platform capabilities; • maintain regular activity; • earn Coins for use in Marketplace; • participate in daily and weekly streaks. Where to Find Daily Tasks Go to section: Rewards → Daily Tasks All assignments available for current day are displayed on screen. For each assignment indicated: • action description; • current progress; • remaining completion time; • reward amount in Coins. How Daily Tasks Work • Assignments update every day. • Each assignment is available for limited time. • After assignment completion, reward must be claimed manually by tapping Claim button. ❗ If assignment expired before you tapped Claim, reward will not be credited even if assignment was completed earlier. Receiving Rewards After tapping Claim: • Coins are credited to Coin balance; • assignment is marked as completed. If reward was not credited, this means: • assignment expired before Claim tap moment; • screen was not refreshed before assignment validity period completion. In this case, assignment reward is not credited. Daily Streak and Weekly Streak Daily Streak Daily Streak is counted if user completes all Daily Tasks of current day. It affects weekly series progress. Weekly Streak Weekly Streak is a weekly series credited if Daily Tasks are completed 7 days in a row. • upon successful Weekly Streak completion, user receives additional reward in Coins; • after receiving reward, weekly series completes and starts anew. Important to Remember • Assignment set and reward amount may change. • Daily Tasks availability may depend on account level. • Coins obtained for Daily Tasks cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for Real Funds. • Daily Tasks are not investment, financial, or trading recommendation. Event Tasks

In a nutshell Event Tasks are special assignments tied to specific Event on Zanlo platform. They encourage user activity within Event and allow receiving Coins and other in-game rewards, if provided by assignment conditions. Event Tasks do not affect Event outcome and do not provide trading advantages. How Event Tasks Differ from Daily Tasks • Daily Tasks — update daily and are not tied to specific Events. • Event Tasks — available only within specific Event and are active until Event trading stops. Both assignment types work independently and can be completed in parallel. Where to Find Event Tasks Event Tasks are displayed on specific Event screen. To see them: • Open any Event. • Find Event Tasks block. • Review available assignments and rewards list. Event Tasks block displays: • assignment conditions; • current completion progress; • reward amount in Coins. How Event Tasks Work • Event Tasks are active while Event trading is open. • Completion progress updates automatically as actions are performed. • After assignment completion, reward is credited automatically — no additional actions required. ❗ If Event trading is stopped and Event transitions to Waiting for the outcome stage, all related Event Tasks become unavailable. Event Tasks Validity Period Event Tasks are active only until Event trading stops. After Event transitions to status: • Waiting for the outcome • Resolved Event Tasks are no longer completed and rewards for them are not credited. Event Tasks Rewards Depending on assignment, reward may be: • Coins; • other rewards if provided by assignment conditions. All rewards are incentive in nature and do not affect platform trading mechanics. Important to Remember • Event Tasks set may differ:   - between different Events;   - between different users;   - depending on user level. • Event Tasks are not available for every Event. • Uncompleted assignments and non-credited rewards are not compensated. • Event Tasks are not investment, financial, or trading recommendation. Referral Program

In a nutshell Referral Program is a Zanlo bonus program that allows inviting new users to the platform and receiving bonuses for their activity. Bonuses are credited to inviting user and invited user when certain conditions are met. How to Invite a Friend To invite a new user to Zanlo, you can use: • referral code (displayed in Referral Program section); • Share link to page/section — such invitation also displays QR code and referral code. User you are inviting must register through invitation so system can link their account to your referral program. How Referral Program Works To participate in referral program: • Complete KYC Verification — without this, referral program is unavailable. • Open Rewards → Referral Program and use your referral code or Share invitation. • Invited user completes activation steps. When Bonuses Are Credited Credits occur in two stages: Stage 1 — KYC and Deposit After invited user: • completed KYC; • made minimum deposit, credited: • $2.50 in Bonus funds to inviting user; • $2.50 in Bonus funds to invited user. Stage 2 — First 10 Picks When invited user makes their first 10 Picks, additionally credited: • another $2.50 in Bonus funds to inviting user; • another $2.50 in Bonus funds to invited user. Total: for one active referral, you both receive $5.00 in Bonus funds (when two stage conditions are met). Season Cycle Referral Program operates within Season cycle. Season cycle is used for: • counting active referrals for period; • forming additional bonuses and goals; • forming referral Leaderboard. Important: • season cycle conditions and thresholds may update from season to season; • overall invited user statistics are saved in Stats section. Additional Bonuses Within season cycle, additional rewards may be available for reaching certain thresholds by active referrals. Important: • additional bonus set and conditions may differ and change; • specific conditions may depend on:   - region and available platform scenarios,   - user groups,   - current Zanlo internal rules and active campaigns. Current conditions are always displayed in Referral Program interface. Stats Section Stats tab displays statistics on your referral activity. Indicators: • Registered — how many users registered through your invitation; • Verified & Deposited — how many users completed KYC and made deposit; • Made 10 picks — how many users made at least 10 Picks; • Inactive — users who have not yet fulfilled activity conditions. Also displayed: • Rewards — already credited bonuses; • Pending — bonuses that may be credited if invited users complete stage conditions. Important to Remember • Referral Program participation requires KYC Verification. • Bonuses are credited only for real activity of invited users. • Multi-accounting attempts or rule bypass may lead to bonus credit denial and account restrictions. • Program conditions may change within new season cycles and campaigns. • Referral Program is not investment or financial recommendation. Contests

In a nutshell Contests on Zanlo are competitive activities where users participate on equal terms and compete with each other according to set rules. Contests allow receiving additional rewards for activity and involvement in Zanlo prediction markets ecosystem. Where to Find Contests Contests section is available from main menu: Rewards → Contests This section displays: • active contests; • future contests; • completed contests (to review results). What Is a Contest Contest is a time-limited activity with: • predetermined participation rules; • participant ranking criteria; • prize set. Each contest: • has its own duration period; • may be available to all users or only part of audience; • does not affect Event rules and trading within platform. Contest Types Zanlo may conduct different contest types, including (but not limited to): • contests for overall activity; • contests among specific Event participants; • contests for followers; • special thematic or seasonal contests. Specific contest format is always described inside contest card. How to Participate in Contest • Go to Rewards → Contests. • Select contest of interest. • Review description, rules, and prizes. • Tap Join if contest is active and available for participation. After this, you become contest participant and your activity starts being counted within its rules. Contest Card Inside contest card, following sections are available: Participants Contest participant list and their current positions. In some contests, filters are available: • All zanlers — all participants; • Following — only users you follow. Prizes Section with reward information: • number of prize places; • reward types (Bonus funds, Coins, CFP, other bonuses — if provided); • prize distribution. Rewards and their quantity are always determined by specific contest conditions. Rules Contest rules, including: • duration period; • participation conditions; • result calculation criteria; • additional restrictions if applied. Before participating, it is recommended to carefully review this section Contest Leaderboard Each contest has its own leaderboard that: • is formed only among this contest participants; • updates according to contest logic; • does not affect platform global leaderboard. Contest leaderboard positions are displayed only within this contest. Contest Completion and Rewards • After contest ends, system fixes final results. • Rewards are distributed according to contest rules. • Reward crediting may occur automatically or after additional verification — this depends on contest format. Zanlo does not guarantee reward receipt to every participant — rewards are distributed strictly according to contest conditions. Important to Remember • Contest participation is voluntary. • Contests are not investment instrument. • Contest results do not affect Event outcomes. • Zanlo reserves the right to:   - change contest conditions;   - end contest early;   - restrict participation in case of platform rule violations. Marketplace

In a nutshell Marketplace is Zanlo internal store where user can exchange earned Coins for digital items to customize profile, as well as for CFP (Commission Free Pick). Marketplace does not affect trading, Event outcomes, or participation results in them. What Can Be Purchased in Marketplace Following product categories are available in Marketplace: • Avatars • Profile icons • Thematic skins • CFP (Commission Free Pick) All purchases are made only for Coins. Avatars What It Is Avatar is visual image of user profile on Zanlo platform. User can: • select standard avatar during registration; • change avatar at any time; • purchase unique avatars in Marketplace for Coins. Where Avatar Is Displayed User avatar is displayed: • in user profile; • in activity feeds within Events; • in follower and following lists; • in leaderboard tables; • in cards when using Share function. Important Avatars: • do not provide trading advantages; • do not affect Event mechanics; • are exclusively visual personalization element. Profile Icons What It Is Profile icons are small visual elements displayed next to user @username. Icon can be: • purchased in Marketplace for Coins; • changed in profile settings. Where Profile Icon Is Displayed Profile icon is visible: • in user profile; • in activity feeds; • in follower lists; • in Leaderboards; • in notifications in Social section; • in Share materials. Thematic Skins What It Is Thematic skins are additional design elements used together with avatar. Skins: • do not replace avatar; • complement it visually; • are purchased for Coins in Marketplace. CFP (Commission Free Pick) What It Is CFP is a bonus item that allows removing platform commission for positive Pick result or its resale. CFP can be: • purchased in Marketplace for Coins; • used according to CFP rules. For detailed CFP information, see separate article. How to Make Purchase • Go to Rewards → Marketplace. • Select needed item. • Confirm purchase. • Item will be added to profile automatically. If Coins are insufficient, purchase will be unavailable. Important to Remember • All items in Marketplace are digital. • Coins cannot be exchanged for real money. • Purchased items are non-refundable. • Marketplace does not affect trading results. • Product set and prices may change.
